All partners, participants, guests, partner support contractors, and service providers must register and upload their photo and ID. Once the registrant's ID is uploaded we will only use this information for verifying registrant identity as part of our security checks. The documentation will be securely deleted after the verification process is complete and no more than 10 working days after the close of any event unless required for further security related purposes.
