            When will I receive my visitor pass?

            Your digital pass will be sent to you 2 weeks before Apex Europe. If you have not received your pass, you can download it from your Participant Hub. If you are unable to, please contact the Apex Europe team at customersolutions@apexeurope.org, and a member of the team will be able to assist you.
